 PRESS REVIEWS

''Close confinement provokes bitter conflict in LOVE POEM, a documentary hybrid where hell is other people. (...) It gradually becomes apparent that all is not as it first appears.''

--Allan HUNTER, Screen

''Director Xiaozhen Wang amplifies the complicated relationship between spontaneity and artifice into a puzzling sleight of hand... We are, then, never quite sure what’s real and what’s not—a disorienting but also immersive feeling.''

-- Diego SEMERENE, Slant
